The Current Sauce

The Current Sauce, the independent, student-operated newspaper at Northwestern, is published on campus during the fall, spring and summer semesters and has an online edition. The weekly paper (bi-weekly in the summer) covers campus and community activities as well as relevant social issues that concern students.

The Current Sauce's editorial content is split among four basic areas: campus news, feature stories, editorial comment and sports. The newspaper is designed camera-ready and printed locally. The staff shares the Student Publications Suite, located in 225 Kyser Hall, with the campus yearbook.

Student scholarships are available for staff members and for one incoming freshman.

Anyone interested in a scholarship and in writing, design, Web publication, photography or ad sales can contact the editor at 357-5381 or the adviser at 357-4179 or via e-mail.
